Jeremy Annear is married to the painter Judy Buxton and they live on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Early exposure to St Ives Abstraction (Ben Nicholson, Barbara Hepworth, Peter Lanyon, Roger Hilton, Terry Frost etc.) had a profound influence on him in his early teens and still inspires his work today. He has had numerous solo exhibitions including at David Messum Gallery, London, New Millenium Gallery, Cornwall and Galeire Passage, Berlin.
