Born in Cheshire in 1955, Simon Pooley trained as an architect in London and spent the following twelve years practising architecture in Sheffield. He moved to West Cornwall in 1992 and has since painted full time gaining an ever increasing number of collectors. He has exhibited extensively throughout Cornwall and other parts of the UK including David Messum Gallery, Groucho Club and Thompsons Gallery in London and the Stour Gallery in Warwickshire.
